Dermak is specialized in production of machinery and equipment used in wet processing of minerals. Our production range offers bulk throwers, dewatering screens and filterpresses. Dewatering screens are widely used in coal, sand and salt preparation plants for recycling the process water and to have a drip free, easy to stock material at the end of the process. Filterpress is the best solution for many liquid-solid seperation processes in many industries. The filtrate or the filter cake can be the final product, in some cases both of them are products. Bulk throwers are mainly used in stock-halls. It throws the fine or granular material to distances up to 20-25m and builds a pile. They also find use in loading of fine or granular materials to containers.

DBT400 Bulk Thrower
Being the latest product in our range, the bulk thrower is used for building piles of fine or granular material in stock-halls. Its high speed belt ensures a throwing distance up to 25m.

This new filterpress is designed specifically for waste water treatment plants. Its cake removal system with servo motor ensures an operation witout human interference*.

DDS2040 Dewatering Screen
This new dewatering screen in our production range can handle 45 MTPH of -500µ material*. The moisture content of the material at the exit is 18% for the same material.
